New Ford F-150 Lightning Flash, Europe EV Sales Up To 30% Market Share || EV Obsession
Just as we were starting our show, news broke that Ford was launching a new F-150 Lightning, the Ford F-150 Lightning Flash. So, we started with that.
We also discussed a new electric excavator from Danfoss Scotland, the latest Europe EV sales report (showing plugin vehicles at 30% market share and BEVs at 22% in August), Sweden’s EV market reaching 63% plugin share(!) and 44% BEV share, the automaker challenge of massive US student loans, and e-bikes becoming even bigger business than conventional bikes in Germany.
Getting back to electric cars, we highlighted the new VinFast VF6, the new NIO EC6 (apparently, 6 is a fun digit), and Everrati revealing a “first-of-its-kind” Land Rover Shore Tender concept.
