What Should You Do If Your Down Payment Exceeds Your SPayLater Payment Limit?
Don’t worry, you can still utilize your SPayLater payment limit and settle the remaining down payment using other methods such as credit card, debit card, and cash.
For example, if the down payment for your car is RM5,000 and your SPayLater payment limit is RM4,000, you can pay the remaining RM1,000 using the aforementioned methods.
Step 3: Scan the QR Code on the CARSOME Payment Terminal
Ready to make your payment? Go to the main page in the Shopee app and click the ‘Scan’ icon at the top left of your screen. Your camera will be activated, and you can scan the QR code on the CARSOME payment terminal shown by the CARSOME Consultant.
Step 4: Enter the Payment Amount
After successfully scanning the code, you can enter the payment amount according to your payment limit. Click ‘Next’, and you’ll be taken to the next page.
Step 5: Select SPayLater & Set the Installment Period
On this page, you need to select SPayLater as the payment method and choose the installment period according to your preference. Here are the installment periods you can choose from:
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 12 months
Step 6: Complete the Installment Payment According to Your Chosen Installment Period
Congratulations! Your payment is now complete. Your SPayLater page will now display the next installment amount to be paid and the payment date. Don’t forget to make the payment before that date!
