Worldwide Holdings Launches 126 Boutique Residences In Bukit Bandaraya
Worldwide Holdings Berhad, has launched its latest real estate product Pavonia, an 8.2 acre boutique residential area with only 126 units of two-storey terrace houses in Bukit Bandaraya.
The group’s chief executive officer said each unit with a minimum built-up area of 1,867 square feet is designed with a practical plan to allow the owner to customize the residence according to taste.
According to Datin Paduka Norazlina Zakaria, the residential project that combines contemporary living with the tranquility of nature is only 2 km from Bukit Cherakah Forest Reserve in addition to being close to the city center of Shah Alam.
