Singapore Airlines lost my luggage and I had to drive a Rolls Royce Spectre to get some clothes
So I flew Singapore Airlines from KL to SG, then I flew Singapore Airlines from SG to Frankfurt, and lastly I flew Lufthansa from Frankfurt to Marseille. Singapore airlines ground crew in SG told me my luggage might not make it to Frankfurt from the same flight as I do. Singapore air crew confirmed with me in the plane that my luggage is with me while I’m in the plane.
Then I proceed with the transit from Frankfurt to Marseille via Lufthansa, all these while there were absolutely zero communication from Singapore Airlines to me. Upon arrival in Marseille, I waited patiently at the luggage carousel of Marseille airport. Only to receive an email from Lufthansa telling me that they couldn’t locate our luggages and prompt us to lodge a report at Lost & Found. Still absolutely zero communications from Singapore Airlines.
Till today, when we logged into any Singapore Airline’s website to lodge a report, they maintained “Your final journey was completed with our Star Alliance partner, please proceed with the report from their official channel” – and that’s it.
Absolutely no shame Singapore Airlines.
